VioSMS provides access to virtual mobile numbers from over 180 countries strictly for the purpose of receiving SMS messages. Our service is designed to help users bypass SMS verification for over 700 supported platforms.,The numbers are rented on a temporary, one-time-use basis (unless long-term rent is explicitly purchased). Once the allotted time expires (typically 20 minutes) or the SMS is successfully received, the number becomes inactive and cannot be accessed again.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using VioSMS virtual numbers for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: financial fraud, phishing, spamming, harassment, terrorism, or bypassing anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.,VioSMS does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of the messages received or the accounts created using our numbers.,Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and API keys.,VioSMS is not liable for any loss of funds or data resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.,When using our API, you must adhere to the rate limits and guidelines provided in our API Documentation. Abuse of the API infrastructure may lead to permanent IP bans.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, VioSMS is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our platform or to specific country numbers, as availability depends on third-party telecommunication providers.,Prices for virtual numbers are subject to change at any time without prior notice based on market demand and supplier rates. The exact price will always be displayed before purchase.

VioSMS is not responsible if a third-party platform (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Google) bans, suspends, or blocks an account created using our virtual numbers.,We only guarantee the delivery of the SMS to our platform; what happens to the third-party account afterward is entirely your responsibility.
