2. No Returns on Delivered Services

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns. Once a virtual number is requested and successfully receives the targeted SMS code, the transaction is considered final, complete, and fully delivered.,You cannot 'return' a used number, even if you made a mistake during account creation on the third-party platform.

3. Automated API Integrations

The 'No Returns' policy applies equally to all manual purchases and automated bulk purchases made via the VioSMS API.,Developers are responsible for ensuring their software correctly requests the required service. Errors in your API script that result in unwanted number purchases cannot be reversed or returned.

4. Defective or Pre-Banned Numbers

Occasionally, a virtual number may already be banned or flagged by the target service (e.g., WhatsApp or Telegram) before you even receive the SMS.,If this happens, the target service will refuse to send the SMS. Because the SMS never arrives, the transaction will automatically cancel after the waiting period, and the funds will be returned to your balance. No manual return request is necessary.
