User Agreement

VioSMS operates as a comprehensive platform where users can acquire virtual phone numbers for remote SMS verification. By utilizing our software interface, users connect to our global telecommunication infrastructure. VioSMS serves solely as the technical facilitator for these digital transactions and retains the right to monitor user activity, taking necessary actions or suspending accounts in the event of repeated platform rule violations.

To initiate a verification, select your desired country and service through our filtering system. Once you click 'Buy', a unique number is allocated to you. After receiving the required SMS code, you may finalize the session or request additional messages if needed.

A session is automatically closed after 15 minutes of inactivity, and the absolute maximum waiting period for any SMS delivery is 20 minutes before the number expires.

Activation costs are transparently displayed on the left menu and are deducted from your balance only when a transaction is successfully completed (e.g., an OTP is successfully received).

If a provided number fails to receive a code within the allotted time frame, you can cancel the operation without any financial penalty. However, systematic abuse of the cancellation feature may lead to account moderation.

Upon registering with VioSMS, you consent to receiving periodic promotional updates and newsletters. We respect your inbox, and you retain the right to opt-out or unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any given time via your account settings or the email footer.

The VioSMS platform is strictly designed for lawful verification purposes. Utilizing our numbers for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities is categorically forbidden.

Furthermore, our numbers must never be used for paid subscription services, banking registrations, financial institutions, or Webmoney activations. Any such attempts will result in immediate termination.

VioSMS provides the means to receive SMS codes but bears no responsibility for the subsequent accounts created using our numbers. The end user assumes all risks associated with account blocks, bans, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.

Additionally, we do not offer refunds or take responsibility for user-side API implementation errors.

Refunds for unused funds can only be requested by contacting our official support channels at support@vio-sms.com using your registered email address. Approved refunds are exclusively routed back to the original payment method.

All bank card transactions are processed through certified, highly secure, PCI DSS-compliant gateways utilizing SSL encryption, ensuring your financial data is never exposed to our servers.

Exploitation of system vulnerabilities or bugs is a severe legal offense. Your VioSMS account is strictly tied to the email provided during registration.

To ensure ecosystem security, accounts exhibiting suspicious third-party access or those remaining inactive for over three months may be temporarily frozen. Account recovery is exclusively processed through the original registration email.
