Refund Policy

Our strict policy regarding financial refunds and VioSMS account balances.

1. NO Cash/Card Refunds

There are ABSOLUTELY NO direct financial refunds to credit cards, bank accounts, crypto wallets, or any other original payment methods under any circumstances.,Once funds are deposited into your VioSMS balance, the transaction is final and cannot be withdrawn or reversed.

2. The Balance System

All fiat and cryptocurrency payments are permanently converted into VioSMS credits upon successful deposit.,We strongly advise users to only load the exact amount of funds they intend to use in the short term.

3. Failed SMS Code Guarantee (Auto-Refund)

You only pay for successful SMS receptions. If you purchase a virtual number but the SMS code does not arrive within the allotted time frame (usually 20 minutes), the system will automatically cancel the operation.,Upon cancellation, the exact cost of the number will be instantly refunded back to your VioSMS account balance.

4. Account Bans and Violations

If your VioSMS account is suspended or permanently banned for violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., fraud, illegal activities, API abuse), any remaining balance in your account will be immediately forfeited.,We do not issue refunds or allow balance withdrawals for terminated accounts under any circumstances.

5. Payment Gateway Errors

If your bank or crypto wallet indicates that funds have left your account, but they do not appear in your VioSMS balance, please contact support with your transaction hash or receipt.,If the payment gateway confirms the failure, the funds will naturally bounce back to your original payment method according to the gateway's processing times (typically 3-10 business days). This is not processed by VioSMS.
