Allgemeine Bestimmungen
VioSMS agiert als technischer Vermittler für virtuelle Telefonnummern. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Konten bei Verstößen gegen die Nutzungsregeln zu sperren.
Nutzungsablauf
Die Zuteilung von virtuellen Nummern ist temporär. Die maximale Wartezeit für einen SMS-Code beträgt 20 Minuten.
Preise und Abrechnung
Kosten werden nur bei erfolgreichem Empfang und Anzeige des SMS-Codes abgezogen.
Kommunikation
Mit der Registrierung stimmen Sie dem Empfang von System- und Marketing-E-Mails zu (Abbestellen jederzeit möglich).
Missbrauch und Betrug
Illegale Aktivitäten oder Missbrauch führen zur sofortigen und dauerhaften Sperrung des Kontos ohne Rückerstattung des Guthabens.

Refunds for unused funds can only be requested by contacting our official support channels at support@vio-sms.com using your registered email address. Approved refunds are exclusively routed back to the original payment method.

Account Security
Exploitation of system vulnerabilities or bugs is a severe legal offense. Your VioSMS account is strictly tied to the email provided during registration.
To ensure ecosystem security, accounts exhibiting suspicious third-party access or those remaining inactive for over three months may be temporarily frozen. Account recovery is exclusively processed through the original registration email.
